To strengthen the prevention and control work of the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, effectively reduce personnel gatherings, and block the spread of the epidemic, the Commerce Bureau of Huanggu District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province issued the Notice on Strengthening the Prevention and Control Work of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia. The notice requires that all commercial and office buildings in the district suspend external business operations, with the suspension period lasting until 8 February 2020. The office building where Liaoning Fangyuan Organic Food Certification Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as FOFCC) is located has implemented closed-off management. 1. The original schedule for the FOFCC to resume work on Monday 3 February 2020 for the 2020 Spring Festival holiday remains unchanged. However, from 3 February onwards, all inspectors and staff will be working from home. 2. Organic anti-counterfeiting traceability labels: To support the national epidemic prevention and control work, the organic code warehouse plans to start mailing organic anti-counterfeiting traceability labels on 10 February. Applications for organic anti-counterfeiting traceability labels can be submitted to FOFCC from 3 to 9 February 2020. 3. Organic product certification inspection arrangements 1. Cancel all inspection plans for February 2020. 2. For enterprises that have already scheduled inspection but have not yet been issued a certificate, FOFCC will use online working methods to continue completing subsequent work. Scanned copies of the certificate will be issued temporarily, and the original certificate will be mailed once the closure of the office building is lifted. 3.
