To implement the notice from the General Office of the State Administration for Market Regulation (State Administration Market Regulation Accreditation [2020] No. 9) on "Effectively Implementing Quality Certification Related Work During the Prevention and Control Period of the Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic", during the epidemic prevention and control period, the recent work arrangements of Liaoning Fangyuan Organic Food Certification Co., Ltd. (2) From 10 February 2020, certified enterprises and enterprises intending to apply for certification shall conduct businesses such as the acceptance of certification applications, document review, communication on rectification, issuance (extension) of certificates, sales certificates, and the processing of organic anti-counterfeiting traceability labels via the internet.文章源自FOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/en/11754/
(2) Depending on the development of the epidemic and the actual situation of the certified enterprises, FOFCC will select appropriate methods to complete certification inspections and other related procedures. If on-site audits need to be delayed due to the epidemic, FOFCC will communicate with certified enterprises and formulate a reasonable plan to support the postponement of inspection implementation.文章源自FOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/en/11754/
4. With immediate effect and until the pandemic is lifted, for clients whose certification has expired or is due for re-certification, FOFCC will, in accordance with the work arrangement notices issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation, extend the validity period of organic and Good Agricultural Practice certificate certificates until 3 months after the pandemic is lifted. (5) Certified enterprises are requested to conscientiously carry out work related to organic production and Good Agricultural Practice (GAP) production, and maintain communication with FOFCC.文章源自FOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/en/11754/
