内蒙古顺源宇商贸有限责任公司所持有的辽宁方园有机食品认证有限公司（FOFCC）有机产品认证证书（认证证书编号：122OP2300036，证书有效期至2024年8月28日）。由于客户经营需要，现申请提前注销证书，依据FOFCC-AR04《变更、注销、暂停、恢复、撤销认证规则》，FOFCC决定对内蒙古顺源宇商贸有限责任公司所持有的上述有机产品认证证书予以注销。
自有机产品认证证书注销之日起，内蒙古顺源宇商贸有限责任公司应：
(1). Immediately stop using the organic product certificates issued by FOFCC.
(2). Immediately stop using the China Organic Product Certification Mark, FOFCC logo and Anti-fake organic labels (Chinese organic code). Any unused China Organic Product Certification Marks, FOFCC logos, and anti-fake organic labels (Chinese organic code) must be returned to FOFCC or destroyed under FOFCC supervision.
(3). Refrain from making any misleading statements or promotions about their certification status.
