Article 4 For the purposes of these Provisions, "recall" means the activity by which a food production enterprise, in accordance with prescribed procedures, promptly eliminates or reduces food safety hazards in a certain batch or category of unsafe food caused by its production reasons by means of return, correction of labeling, or other methods.
