Organic Fructo-oligosaccharides Obtain FOFCC Certification!

  Fructo-oligosaccharides are a natural active substance with multiple functions such as regulating intestinal flora, proliferating bifidobacteria, promoting calcium absorption, regulating blood lipids, and enhancing human immunity. They are a natural “bifidogenic factor” and are widely used in various foods, especially in infant formula foods.
  On April 28, 2016, the announcement of the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China on the release of the (Announcement No. 9 of 2016 of the Certification and Accreditation Administration) officially included fructo-oligosaccharides in the scope of organic product certification in China. Through the efforts of Bailong Chuangyuan, organic sucrose from Brazil was procured, and using it as a raw material, without using ion exchange technology, organic fructo-oligosaccharides with a purity as high as 95% were successfully produced through a natural microbial enzymatic hydrolysis process, and FOFCC certification was successfully obtained.
