In accordance with the requirements of the document Guo Ren Zhu Han [2011] No. 172 "Notice on Emergency Investigation of Organic Crab-Related Matters" issued by the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as CNCA), and in order to ensure that all organic production processes, sales volume control, and mark usage of enterprises certified by our organization (hereinafter referred to as FOFCC) fully comply with the requirements of the national "Organic Products" Standard, the "Measures for the Administration of Organic Product Certification," and the "Measures for the Administration of Certification Certificates and Certification Marks," and to ensure the quality of all certified products, the following requirements are hereby put forward:Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11339/
1. All units are requested to take the document Guo Ren Zhu Han [2011] No. 172 "Notice on Emergency Investigation of Organic Crab-Related Matters" as a wake-up call, to once again thoroughly study and discuss the national "Organic Products" Standard, the "Measures for the Administration of Organic Product Certification," the "Measures for the Administration of Certification Certificates and Certification Marks," and other documents, to further familiarize themselves with, master, and conscientiously implement the relevant provisions and requirements.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11339/
2. All certified enterprises are requested to conduct a self-inspection from October 17 to October 30 regarding the compliance of their organic production processes, sales volume control, and mark usage with the requirements of the national "Organic Products" Standard, the "Measures for the Administration of Organic Product Certification," and the "Measures for the Administration of Certification Certificates and Certification Marks." 3. From October 17 to October 30, FOFCC will dispatch personnel to conduct market inspections and sampling to understand the market sales situation of FOFCC-certified products, including whether dedicated counters or areas for organic product sales have been established; whether the packaging, organic certification marks, and labeling of organic products comply with requirements; and whether there are any instances of forgery, fraudulent use, expired use, or use beyond the authorized scope of organic certification certificates and organic certification marks.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11339/
4. From October 20 to November 30, FOFCC will carry out supervisory inspections of selected certified enterprises, focusing on their organic production processes, sales volume control, and mark usage. If any non-compliance with the requirements of the national "Organic Products" Standard, the "Measures for the Administration of Organic Product Certification," or the "Measures for the Administration of Certification Certificates and Certification Marks" is found, their certification certificates will be suspended or revoked, they will be prohibited from continuing to use the organic product mark, and the list of enterprises whose certification certificates have been suspended or revoked will be published on the FOFCC website.
