In accordance with the requirements set out in the cnca (hereinafter referred to as CNCA) National Certification Authority Circular [2011] No. 172, ‘Notice on the Urgent Investigation into Matters Relating to Organic Crabs’,in order to ensure that all organic production processes, sales volume control and use of the certification mark by enterprises certified by our organisation (hereinafter referred to as FOFCC) are in full compliance with the requirements of the national ‘Organic Products’ Standard, the ‘Administrative Measures for the Certification of Organic Products’ and the ‘Administrative Measures for certificate and the Certification Mark’, and to ensure the quality of all certified products, the following requirements are set out:文章源自FOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/en/11339/
1. Please take CNCA Letter No. 172 [2011] entitled "Notice on Emergency Investigation of Related Situations Concerning Organic Crabs" as a wake-up call, once again conduct in-depth study and discussion on the national "Organic Products" standard, the "Measures for the Administration of Organic Product Certification", the "Measures for the Administration of certificate and Certification Marks", and other documents, and further familiarise yourselves with, master, and conscientiously implement the relevant regulations and requirements.文章源自FOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/en/11339/
2. All certified enterprises are requested to carry out a self-inspection between 17 October and 30 October regarding the conformity of their organic production processes, sales volume controls, and use of labels with the national Organic Products standard, the Administrative Measures for Organic Product Certification, and the Administrative Measures for Certification Symbols and certificate, and to submit their self-inspection results to FOFCC before 10 November.文章源自FOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/en/11339/
3. Between 17 October and 30 October, the FOFCC sent staff to conduct market inspections and take samples to ascertain the market sales situation of FOFCC-certified products, and to verify whether dedicated counters or sections for organic products had been established;whether the packaging of organic products and the use of organic certification marks and labels complied with requirements; and whether there were instances of forgery, unauthorised use, expiry or misuse of the organic certificate mark or organic certification marks.文章源自FOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/en/11339/
Between 20 October and 30 November, FOFCC will carry out surveillance audits of some certified enterprises, focusing on their organic production processes, volume controls, and use of labels. If any enterprises are still found to be non-compliant with the national standards for Organic Products, the Administrative Measures for Organic Product Certification, and the Administrative Measures for certificate and Certification Marks, their certificate will be suspended or revoked, they will be prohibited from continuing to use the organic product label, and the list of enterprises whose certificate has been suspended or revoked will be published on the FOFCC website.
