In order to further improve the organic product certification system, regulate organic product certification activities, and ensure the consistency and effectiveness of certification activities, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Certification and Accreditation and theMeasures for the Administration of Organic Product Certification(Order No. 155 of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine) and other laws, regulations, and rules, the CNCA has revised the Implementation Rules for Organic Product Certification issued in 2011 (Announcement No. 34 of 2011 of the CNCA, hereinafter referred to as the old version of the Certification Implementation Rules), and hereby promulgates the revised Implementation Rules for Organic Product Certification (hereinafter referred to as the new version of the Certification Implementation Rules). All relevant certification bodies are requested to implement the new version of the Certification Implementation Rules in conjunction with the Measures for the Administration of Organic Product Certification (Order No. 155 of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine).
