The organic product certification certificate (Certificate No.: 122OP1200034) held by Heilongjiang Futian Zhongshan Rice Industry Co., Ltd. and issued by Liaoning Fangyuan Organic Food Certification Co., Ltd. (FOFCC) is valid until July 12, 2016. As the certification client failed to timely fulfill the organic production/processing certification contract, in accordance with Order No. 155 of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China, the Measures for the Administration of Organic Product Certification, CNCA-N-009:2014 Implementation Rules for Organic Product Certification, and FOFCC-AR04:2016 Rules for Change, Cancellation, Suspension, Resumption, and Revocation of Certification, FOFCC has decided to suspend the aforementioned organic product certification certificate held by Heilongjiang Futian Zhongshan Rice Industry Co., Ltd., with the suspension period from March 31, 2016 to April 30, 2016.文章源自FOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/en/11569/
