Amends Regulation EU 848/2018 concerning the production and marketing of plant reproductive materials for organic composite materials of specific genera or species. Please note, please note that this implementing regulation introduces the possibility for certification bodies to submit substances and/or inputs to the COMM for use in regions (countries) outside the EU.
