The quality and safety management of primary agricultural products intended for consumption (hereinafter referred to as edible agricultural products) shall comply with the provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products. Article 29 The State applies a licensing system to food production and operation.
