(3) The CNCA shall, within 90 days from the date of acceptance of the application for the establishment of a certification body, make a decision on whether to approve. (4) The CNCA shall, as needed, organize relevant experts to review the applicant's technical capabilities such as certification and testing, and shall notify the applicant in writing. Article 15 A certification body may establish offices engaging in business publicity and promotion activities within the approved scope, and shall, within 30 days from the date of establishment, file a record with the provincial quality and technical supervision department at the place where the office is located if it is a Chinese-funded certification body; or file a record with the directly affiliated inspection and quarantine institution at the place where the office is located if it is a foreign-invested certification body.
