Certified organizations operating (producing/processing/trading/exporting) the above-mentioned products are requested to submit a COI (Certificate of Inspection for export to the EU) application to FOFCC before shipment for organic products destined for the EU after January 1, 2020. FOFCC will arrange sampling testing for the corresponding batches of products and supervise the container loading process at the appropriate time. Only after the products pass testing shall they be permitted to be shipped to the destination port. For organic products exported to the EU that are shipped without supervision of loading, sampling, and passing testing, IBD will refuse to issue a COI. We shall not be responsible for consequences such as the inability to clear customs after the goods arrive at the port arising therefrom.
