Certified organizations engaged in the operation (production/processing/trade/export) of the above-mentioned products are requested to submit a COI (Certificate of Inspection for export to the EU) application to FOFCC before the departure of the products for any organic products destined for the EU after January 1, 2020. FOFCC will arrange timely sampling testing of the corresponding batches of products and supervise the container loading process. Only after the products pass testing shall they be permitted to be shipped to the destination port. For products not included in the list, FOFCC and IBD continue to recommend that third-party testing laboratories be commissioned independently for sampling testing prior to shipment; IBD does not make this mandatory.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11745/
For organic products exported to the EU that are shipped without supervision of loading, sampling, and testing approval, IBD will refuse to issue a COI. We shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising therefrom, including failure to clear customs upon arrival at the port.
