According to the directive signed by the Directorate-General for Agriculture and Rural Development of the European Commission on December 11, 2019, after communication between FOFCC and IBD, a final decision has been made that, effective January 1, 2020, pre-export supervision of loading and sampling testing shall continue to be implemented for the following products.บทความมาจากFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/th/11745/

Certified organizations operating (producing/processing/trading/exporting) the above products are requested to submit a COI (Certificate of Inspection for export to the EU) application to FOFCC before the products leave port for organic products destined for the EU after January 1, 2020. FOFCC will arrange sampling testing of the corresponding batches of products and supervise the container loading process at the appropriate time. Only after the products pass testing shall they be permitted to be shipped to the destination port. For products outside the list, FOFCC and IBD continue to recommend that third-party testing laboratories be commissioned independently for sampling testing before shipment; IBD does not make this mandatory.บทความมาจากFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/th/11745/
For organic products exported to the EU that are shipped without supervision of loading, sampling, and testing approval, IBD will refuse to issue a COI. We shall not be held responsible for consequences such as the inability to clear customs after the goods arrive at port arising therefrom.
