The focus was on investigating and dealing with illegal acts such as forging or fraudulently using certification certificates and marks, and using certification certificates and marks beyond the validity period or scope, with emphasis on strengthening supervision of imported organic food. For imported organic food that had not obtained China's organic product certification but whose outer packaging bore the words “有机” or “organic,” this violated the Measures for the Administration of Organic Product Certification.
