In accordance with the provisions of the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Certification and Accreditation, and other laws and regulations, and in order to further strictly regulate the use of the National Organic Product Certification Mark and facilitate queries and identification of organic products and their marks by the public and relevant regulatory authorities, the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China officially launched the National Organic Product Certification Mark Filing and Management System (hereinafter referred to as the Filing System) on March 1, 2012. As of March 1, 2012, producers of organic products shall affix the National Organic Product Certification Mark (including the Organic Conversion Product Certification Mark) and its unique number (organic code), as well as the name or logo of the certification body, to the organic products sold or to the smallest sales packaging of the products. For those that had already obtained the old-version Organic Product Certification Mark from certification bodies or had already printed product packaging bearing the old-version Organic Product Certification Mark before March 1, 2012, such marks and packaging shall be used up before July 1, 2012.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11369/
Organic product certification bodies and producers shall take effective measures to ensure that the Organic Product Certification Mark is used only within the product scope and quantity specified in the certification certificate. All organic product certification bodies shall, in accordance with the Guidelines for Certification Bodies on Data Submission under the National Organic Product Certification Mark Filing and Management System, formulate their own National Organic Product Certification Mark management plans and submit them to the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China for filing.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11369/
Before issuing the Organic Product Certification Mark to organic product producers, all organic product certification bodies shall transmit the issuance information of the Organic Product Certification Mark to the Filing System. All bodies shall establish electronic ledgers or corresponding information systems for filing information to effectively manage the issuance and use of the Organic Product Certification Mark, ensuring that each certification mark issued by the body can be traced from the market to the corresponding certification certificate, product, and producer, so as to achieve traceable information, anti-counterfeiting identification, and controllable quantity.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11369/

Consumers may enter the “organic code” on the product they hold in the “Organic Code Inquiry” section of the “China Food and Agricultural Products Certification Information System” (food.cnca.cn) to inquire about the basic information of the certified product corresponding to that Organic Product Certification Mark.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11369/

Local certification regulatory authorities shall strengthen supervision over the use of the Organic Product Certification Mark. For forgery, fraudulent use, use beyond the expiration date, or use beyond the authorized scope of the certification mark, they shall handle the matter in accordance with the provisions of the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Certification and Accreditation, and other laws and regulations. For failure to use or non-compliant use of the Organic Product Certification Mark in accordance with regulations, they shall promptly notify the issuing certification body to suspend or revoke the certification certificate in accordance with certification rules and shall inform the relevant sales units.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11369/
All certification bodies shall conduct regular or irregular market sampling to verify the lawful and compliant use of the Organic Product Certification Mark by organic product producers.
