After a four-month transition period, starting from July 1, China's "Organic Product Certification Implementation Rules" (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") will be fully implemented. When purchasing organic products, consumers should look for the certification mark, number, etc., and can also use the number to inquire online about the production...
According to relevant regulations, organic products manufactured and sold after July 1 must uniformly bear the national organic product certification mark (including the organic converted product certification mark), a unique number (organic code), and the name of the certification body (mark). The organic code is issued by the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China under quota control based on the product quantity and category of certified enterprises, and is equivalent to the product's “electronic ID card.” Consumers can use the code to verify the authenticity of the product and the corresponding organic product certification certificate, certified product, and manufacturing enterprise through the “National Organic Product Certification Mark Record-Keeping Management System” (http://food.cnca.cn). As of June 27, organic product certification bodies had cumulatively uploaded approximately 140 million organic product marks. If the product purchased by a consumer is inconsistent with the information queried in the system, the consumer may contact the certification body for verification or call 12365 or 12315 to file a complaint or report with the quality inspection or industry and commerce authorities.
A relevant official of the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China reminded consumers that organic products currently sold on China's market must have passed China's organic product certification and must bear labels such as the organic product certification mark and organic code in accordance with the above requirements. Products that only bear the organic product certification mark of the European Union or of a certain country but have not obtained China's organic product certification mark must not be sold on the mainland China market as organic products.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11384/
