根据《有机产品认证管理办法》（国家质检总局令〔2004〕第67号）、《有机产品认证实施规则》（国家认监委公告〔2011〕第34号）规定，按照有序推进、动态调整的原则，国家认监委结合有机产品生产实际需求及相关方面的意见建议，经有机产品认证技术工作组全体会议审议，并将《有机产品认证增补目录（一）》予以公布。
