Article 1 These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products for the purposes of regulating the production and operation activities of agricultural products, strengthening the administration of the packaging and labeling of agricultural products, establishing and improving the traceability system for agricultural products, and ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11225/

Article 3 The Ministry of Agriculture shall be responsible for the supervision and administration of the packaging and labeling of agricultural products nationwide.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11225/
The competent agricultural administrative departments of the local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the supervision and administration of the packaging and labeling of agricultural products within their respective administrative regions.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11225/
Article 4 The State shall support scientific research on the packaging and labeling of agricultural products, promote scientific packaging methods, and popularize advanced labeling technologies.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11225/
Article 5 The competent agricultural administrative departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall include the funds for the administration of the packaging and labeling of agricultural products in their annual budgets.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11225/
Article 6 The competent agricultural administrative departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall commend and reward units and individuals that have made outstanding contributions to the packaging and labeling of agricultural products.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11225/
Chapter II Packaging of Agricultural ProductsArtikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11225/
Article 7 The following agricultural products used for sale by agricultural product production enterprises, specialized farmers' cooperative economic organizations, and units or individuals engaged in the purchase of agricultural products must be packaged:Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11225/
(1) Agricultural products that have obtained certification such as pollution-free agricultural products, green food, and organic agricultural products, except for fresh livestock, poultry, and aquatic products.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11225/
(2) Other agricultural products that need to be packaged for sale as prescribed by the competent agricultural administrative departments of the people's governments at or above the provincial level.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11225/
Where agricultural products that comply with the prescribed packaging are unpacked and sold directly to consumers, additional packaging may be dispensed with.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11225/
Article 8 The packaging of agricultural products shall meet the requirements of storage, transportation, sale, and safety assurance of agricultural products, and shall be convenient for dismantling and handling.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11225/
Article 9 The materials used for packaging agricultural products and the substances used such as preservatives, anti-corrosion agents, and additives must comply with the requirements of national mandatory technical specifications.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11225/

Chapter III Labeling of Agricultural ProductsArtikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11225/
Article 10 For agricultural products packaged for sale by agricultural product production enterprises, specialized farmers' cooperative economic organizations, and units or individuals engaged in the purchase of agricultural products, the product name, place of origin, name of the producer or seller, and production date shall be marked on the packaging or an additional label shall be attached.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11225/
Where there are grading standards or additives are used, the product quality grade or the names of the additives shall also be indicated.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11225/
For unpackaged agricultural products, forms such as additional labels, label plates, label strips, and instruction sheets shall be adopted to indicate the product name, place of production, name of the producer or seller, and other contents of the agricultural products.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11225/
Article 11 The text used in the labeling of agricultural products shall be standard Chinese. The contents marked on the label shall be accurate, clear, and conspicuous.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11225/
Article 12 For the sale of agricultural products that have obtained the right to use quality marks such as pollution-free agricultural products, green food, and organic agricultural products, the corresponding marks and the issuing agency shall be indicated.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11225/
It is prohibited to fraudulently use quality marks such as those for pollution-free agricultural products, green food, and organic agricultural products.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11225/
Article 13 Livestock and poultry and their products, and agricultural products that are agricultural genetically modified organisms shall also be labeled in accordance with relevant provisions.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11225/

Article 14 Agricultural product production enterprises, specialized farmers' cooperative economic organizations, and units or individuals engaged in the purchase of agricultural products shall be responsible for the packaging quality and labeling contents of the agricultural products they sell.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11225/
Article 15 The competent agricultural administrative departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall conduct supervision and inspection of the packaging and labeling of agricultural products in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11225/
Article 16 Under any of the following circumstances, the competent agricultural administrative departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall handle or punish them in accordance with the provisions of Articles 48, 49, 51, and 52 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products:Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11225/
(1) The packaging materials used for agricultural products do not comply with the requirements of mandatory technical specifications;Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11225/
(2) The materials used in the packaging process of agricultural products, such as preservatives, anti-corrosion agents, and additives, do not comply with the requirements of mandatory technical specifications;Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11225/
(3) Agricultural products that should be packaged are sold without packaging;Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11225/

(1) Packaging of agricultural products: refers to boxing, cartoning, bagging, wrapping, bundling, etc. of agricultural products.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11225/
(2) Preservatives: refers to artificially synthesized chemical substances or natural substances that maintain the fresh quality of agricultural products, reduce circulation losses, and extend storage time.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11225/
(3) Anti-corrosion agents: refers to artificially synthesized chemical substances or natural substances that prevent agricultural products from rotting and deteriorating.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11225/
(4) Additives: refers to artificially synthesized chemical substances or natural substances added to improve the quality, color, aroma, taste, and processing performance of agricultural products.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11225/
(5) Production date: for plant products, it refers to the date of harvest; for livestock and poultry products, it refers to the date of slaughter or production; for aquatic products, it refers to the date of capture; for other products, it refers to the date of packaging or sale.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11225/
