Article 1 These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products for the purposes of regulating the production and operation activities of agricultural products, strengthening the administration of the packaging and labeling of agricultural products, establishing and improving the traceability system for agricultural products, and ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products.บทความมาจากFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/th/11225/

Article 3 The Ministry of Agriculture shall be responsible for the supervision and administration of the packaging and labeling of agricultural products nationwide.บทความมาจากFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/th/11225/
The competent agricultural administrative departments of the local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the supervision and administration of the packaging and labeling of agricultural products within their respective administrative regions.บทความมาจากFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/th/11225/
Article 4 The State shall support scientific research on the packaging and labeling of agricultural products, promote scientific packaging methods, and popularize advanced labeling technologies.บทความมาจากFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/th/11225/
Article 5 The competent agricultural administrative departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall incorporate the funds for the administration of the packaging and labeling of agricultural products into their annual budgets.บทความมาจากFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/th/11225/
Article 6 The competent agricultural administrative departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall commend and reward the units and individuals that have made outstanding contributions to the packaging and labeling of agricultural products.บทความมาจากFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/th/11225/

Article 7 The following agricultural products used for sale by agricultural product production enterprises, specialized farmers' cooperative economic organizations, and units or individuals engaged in the purchase of agricultural products must be packaged:บทความมาจากFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/th/11225/
(1) Agricultural products that have obtained certification such as pollution-free agricultural products, green food, and organic agricultural products, except for fresh livestock, poultry, and aquatic products.บทความมาจากFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/th/11225/
(2) Other agricultural products that need to be packaged for sale as prescribed by the competent agricultural administrative departments of the people's governments at or above the provincial level.บทความมาจากFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/th/11225/

Article 8 The packaging of agricultural products shall meet the requirements of storage, transportation, sale, and safety assurance of agricultural products, and shall be convenient for disassembly and handling.บทความมาจากFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/th/11225/
Article 9 The materials used for packaging agricultural products and the substances such as preservatives, anti-corrosion agents, and additives used must conform to the requirements of the mandatory technical specifications of the State.บทความมาจากFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/th/11225/

Article 10 For agricultural products packaged for sale by agricultural product production enterprises, specialized farmers' cooperative economic organizations, and units or individuals engaged in the purchase of agricultural products, the product name, place of origin, name of the producer or seller, and production date shall be marked on the packaging or attached with a label.บทความมาจากFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/th/11225/

Article 12 For the sale of agricultural products that have obtained the right to use quality marks such as pollution-free agricultural products, green food, and organic agricultural products, the corresponding marks and the issuing agency shall be marked.บทความมาจากFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/th/11225/

Article 14 Agricultural product production enterprises, specialized farmers' cooperative economic organizations, and units or individuals engaged in the purchase of agricultural products shall be responsible for the packaging quality and labeling contents of the agricultural products they sell.บทความมาจากFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/th/11225/

Article 16 Under any of the following circumstances, the competent agricultural administrative departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall handle and punish them in accordance with the provisions of Articles 48, 49, 51, and 52 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products:บทความมาจากFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/th/11225/

(1) Packaging of agricultural products: refers to boxing, cartoning, bagging, wrapping, bundling, etc. of agricultural products.บทความมาจากFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/th/11225/
(2) Preservatives: refers to artificially synthesized chemical substances or natural substances that maintain the fresh quality of agricultural products, reduce circulation losses, and extend storage time.บทความมาจากFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/th/11225/
(3) Anti-corrosion agents: refers to artificially synthesized chemical substances or natural substances that prevent agricultural products from rotting and deteriorating.บทความมาจากFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/th/11225/
