On May 14, 2010, the unveiling ceremony for the “Walmart Direct Procurement Base” was held in Jiewen Town, Haicheng City. The Jiulongchuan Edible Fungi Planting Professional Cooperative became Walmart's first edible fungi farmer-supermarket direct link base in Northeast China. This unveiling ceremony received great attention from the governments at both the Anshan City and Haicheng City levels. Key leaders and responsible comrades from relevant departments were all present and delivered important speeches, giving encouragement and support to this “farmer-supermarket” direct link. FOFCC also sent staff to attend the unveiling ceremony upon invitation and read out the organic certification certificate. The unveiling ceremony also attracted journalists from many well-known media outlets such as CCTV, LNTV, and Liaoning Daily to come and cover it. This was another successful example of a “farmer-supermarket” direct link for a FOFCC-certified enterprise, following the Jianping Zhuluke Organic Farm and Haicheng Sanxing Ecological Agriculture Co., Ltd., and it was also another successful practice by FOFCC in supporting the industrialization of organic agriculture and bringing organic agricultural products to the market.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11235/

Through the “farmer-supermarket direct link,” supermarkets directly purchase organic products from farmers, reducing intermediate links, which can greatly lower supermarket procurement costs and pass benefits on to farmers, truly achieving “high quality and good price” for organic products. This not only solves the long-standing problems of “difficulty in selling” and “low prices” for organic products, but also makes farmers realize that they must survive by quality and develop by quantity, encouraging farmers to boldly develop the organic industry and make it intensive and large-scale.Artikel berasal dariFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/ms/11235/
