Article 33 When the market price of grain is too low, the State Council may decide to implement a protective price system for certain grain varieties. Article 34 The state shall establish a food security early warning system and take measures to ensure food supply. The state shall implement a central and local graded reserve adjustment system for grain and build a warehousing and transportation system. Article 38 The state shall gradually raise the overall level of agricultural input. When performing supervision and inspection duties, agricultural administrative law enforcement personnel shall present their administrative law enforcement certificates to the unit or individual being inspected and comply with law enforcement procedures. Article 89 Agricultural administrative departments and agricultural production and operation units must be thoroughly separated in terms of institution, personnel, and finance. Article 93 Where anyone violates the provisions of Article 67 of this Law by unlawfully collecting fees, imposing fines, or apportioning charges against farmers or agricultural production and operation organizations, the competent authority at a higher level shall stop it and make a public announcement; if money has already been collected or manpower and material resources have already been used, the competent authority at a higher level shall order the return of the money collected within a time limit or compensation at converted value for the manpower and material resources used, and the competent authority at a higher level or the unit to which the person belongs shall give administrative sanctions to the directly responsible persons in charge and other directly responsible persons; if the circumstances are serious and a crime is constituted, criminal liability shall be pursued in accordance with law.บทความมาจากFOFCC-http://fofcc.org.cn/th/11211/
